What's the difference between the Full Day and Half Day meeting packages?

The Full Day Meeting Package includes two coffee breaks and one lunch for sessions that run a full working day. The Half Day Meeting Package includes one coffee break and one lunch, suited to shorter morning or afternoon meetings.

Is there a minimum number of guests for a meeting package?

Our meeting packages are available for a minimum of 15 guests. Smaller groups may also be accommodated, with a surcharge applicable.

What AV equipment is included?

Every meeting package includes an LCD projector and screen, PA system with one cordless microphone, and a whiteboard or flip chart with assorted marker pens. Additional AV equipment can be arranged upon request.

Does the package include Wi-Fi?

Yes, complimentary Wi-Fi is included with all meeting packages. Additional charges may apply if higher bandwidth is required for activities such as video conferencing or large file transfers.
